It’s once again time for Garden Bloggers’ Bloom Day, and this month I’m featuring the red and orange blooms in my garden. Summertime is jungle time in a Florida garden, as nearly daily afternoon rains allow things to grow at an amazing rate. The vivid red and orange flowers stand out from the overgrowth under the bright sun.

What orange and red blooms are filling your gardens this weekend? Tell us in the comments below. And if you enjoy flower photography, be sure to follow our Pinterest board Amazing Flower Photos, where we regularly post new pictures of gorgeous flowers from around the world.

I’ve got orange daylilies and red salvia blooming in my south Georgia garden right now. Thanks for the beautiful pics!
Gorgeous photos of gorgeous blooms! Thanks for sharing
. I used to have yellow and red cannon lilies. A couple of years ago my red’s were not blooming so i moved them close to the yellow. The following year the WHOLE group had turned yellow with orange stripes! They are wonderful!
