Passing a nest while on a walk or seeing one high up in a tree is exciting, but getting an up close and personal view of a nesting bird is amazing! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. And with technology these days, you can watch birds sit protectively on their nests and even watch as they lay eggs and then care for their young ones.

I love all of the nest cams. Our nest cam is on an Anna’s hummingbird located in Southern California. When our hummer is not nesting our cam focuses on her favorite feeder where we can watch Emma (momma) and her babies as they learn the ropes of the big new world! We’re very pationate about our hummingbirds, and have named and recognize many of them. We’d love if more viewers want to join our hummingbird watching! Loved it! I was suprised by how many came to to your feeder as I was watching.
I just started this site 5 days ago. I’m interested in nest cams and would love to set one up. I have owls and wood ducks and sneaking up on them for pictures is NOT easy.
I need advise: Best kinds of cameras, cost of streaming live, with or without sound, the works. Any ideas would be appreciated.
